Jumping back into environment art, I brought an old project forward to Unreal Engine 5.6 to play with the features and to practice. This is my first attempt to try to edit a scene together to suggest a storyline. Thanks for viewing.

I used this scene to test out a large scale master material that could have wetness values and masked areas of rain puddles. Using parameters and vertex painting to have only puddles or puddles and rain fx. This made each scene easier to iterate on for any type of weather, or in this case the passing of a storm, beginning, middle, and afterwards.
This scene was made with a mix of megascan props and materials, as well as some of my own generic and hero props.
